SAOVA uses a regional, direct email "read only" list system for its state-specific messages on legislation and political campaigns. This system is fast, secure and has replaced our prior postings to multiple public internet lists and offline groups.
If you haven't received an individual SAOVA email and want to keep abreast of animal rightist legislative activities and the politicians who support them, you're invited to self-subscribe to one of the following lists:

Plains
Midwest
Louisiana and Texas

Virginia
Mid-Atlantic
New England and New York
These are low message volume lists with accessible archives. Your email address is safe-guarded and you have ability to unsubscribe at any time.
Anyone having problems unsubscribing to a mailman list should contact Susan Wolf indicating which regional list's messages they no longer wish to receive.
